This Privacy Policy explains how PI TI ES-GRUP ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data when you visit pitiesdefense.com (the "Site") or contact us. 3. How and why we use your data

We process your personal data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide requested information — your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective partners (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site:

  • Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery (may process technical/log data).
  • Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the Site (may receive your IP address when fonts load).

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
